Exchange and Refund

Before any order is made it is expedient to check the availability of the product you want to order as this would help you know if you should go ahead or not. If an order is placed on a product that is no longer available, refund will be made if you do not want to replace that particular product with another.

Payment

At thefavoured we do not take part payment all products purchased are to be paid for in full.

Deliveries

Once an order is placed on a product delivery takes 7-10 working days after payment is made.
